 As designers, we love to do great work for a great cause. And if we can get recognition and prizes for that work and make a little design history, so much the better!

Here's your chance! Between now and October 13, 2013, create a poster on the theme of Design for Good, enter it for electronic judging by former Pentagram partner and AIGA Medalist Kit Hinrichs, and have a beautiful print* of your work featured in the exhibition at Omni Studio on October 23, 2013 that will be part of Birmingham's first-ever Design Week!

Kit's first place winner will receive a free 1-year subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, and one runner-up and the People's Choice winner will each receive 3-month subscriptions to Creative Cloud, courtesy of Adobe, a national sponsor of AIGA.

Please submit new, original work for which you own the copyright (i.e., please do not submit work previously done for clients, and please do not resubmit work from last year. Everyone wants to see new work at the show!)

SPECS: 12" width x 18" height, no bleed; 150-300 dpi; color or black and white; PDF format; maximum file size 10 MB.
ENTRY FEE: $30 per entry for non-members, $20 per entry for members. Includes admission to the event.
