On a national scale, Design For Good is a broad initiative that takes many forms on many levels.
From long-term Good Thinking projects in Atlanta and a long list of national organizations and programs, to a growing number of blitz-style events like the one we host, designers and other creatives are using their skills to make an impact in their communities all over the US.
We're very proud of the work that's been done by volunteers in West Michigan in the span of two short weekends—but after getting a taste of the magic that happens at those events, we’re ready to amp it up. That’s why AIGA West Michigan is announcing an expansion of our Design For Good initiative, and we want your help.
How do YOU want to make an impact? How can AIGA help move your good idea forward?
We’d love to tap into a wider array of designers and do-gooders in our community, including you.
Click here to reserve your spot and join us for an informal roundtable meet-up from 6-8pm on Tuesday, October 1, at ROWSTER New American Coffee. It’s a forum for ideas, an opportunity to join the 2014 DFG team, and the time to bring your vision to the table.
This event is free for AIGA members and non-members.
