The history of winter sports and design are heavily intertwined, the development of technology and the changing trends of fashion have worked together to determine what consumers and athletes choose to use. From wooden skis to the modern equivalents to the current Olympic uniforms with increased aerodynamic qualities, design reaches to all aspects of winter sports. AIGA  and Art of Winter investigate how this evolution has impacted the Colorado industry and where the evolution of winter sport design is headed.
