2013 Hire Ed Portfolio Review

Gain insight on your graphic design work at this year’s Hire Education portfolio event! Industry professionals will review your portfolios, providing valuable suggestions to identify your strengths and areas for improvement. Hire Education is open to students focusing on graphic design at colleges and universities throughout New Mexico. Our panel of professional designers represents a wide range of expertise and significant experience in the industry. They know what they’re talking about.

This year, as a student, you'll have a station at a table while reviewers circulate around the room and visit your station. There will be two sessions (each two hours, one in the morning and another in the afternoon.) We anticipate this format to allow for a casual and flexible environment that would give each student the opportunity to get feedback from a variety of reviewers.

PORTFOLIO FORMAT

Traditional printed portfolios are preferable, while iPads and digital tablets are also acceptable. Wireless internet connection may be intermittent and should not be relied on due to the large volume of students in the space.

Light beverages will be served. On your own for lunch.
