Join AIGA Maine at Belleflower Brewing for an evening of creative conversation, community, and craft beer as part of Maine Design Fest 2026. This year's festival theme is Curiosity, and we'll explore how asking questions, following interests, and experimenting with new ideas can lead to unexpected creative outcomes.
We’ll kick things off with short microtalks from beer label designers Abbie Cates and Nicole LaPlante, who will share a behind-the-scenes look at their creative process, sources of inspiration, and how curiosity shapes the work they create for Maine’s craft beer scene.
After the talks, stick around to grab a pint, swap stories, meet fellow creatives, and connect with designers, illustrators, students, and design enthusiasts from across the northeast.
Whether you’re curious about packaging design, branding, illustration, craft beer, or simply looking to meet interesting people, this is a chance to gather, learn something new, and enjoy a summer evening together.
