WORKSHOP: Work/Life Balance

Finding the ideal "work/life balance" in our increasingly busy world is especially challenging for independent creatives, freelance designers, and small business owners. We dictate our own schedules and often juggle multiple projects -- at home, at the office, and at the home office.
In this informal workshop gathering, hosted by AIGA Maine and Akari, certified Life Coach Megan Jo Wilson will explore everyday choices with us and give us some practical tips towards finding balance. We'll clarify what it is we're longing for, and find ways to allow ourselves to have more of the balance we want.
