Join us at this new AIGA workshop and see branding and design through the eyes of an intellectual property attorney. Jim Keenan, a shareholder at Portland-based law firm Bernstein Shur, will discuss industry-specific considerations including trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights, and answer your questions regarding the laws applicable to branding and design.
Whether you run your own shop, freelance, or work in-house, this workshop will help you better understand the intellectual property laws that affect your business.
