TIME is famous for its iconic and sometimes controversial covers, with their striking portraits and distinctive red borders. The magazine's cover design process is fast-paced and collaborative, involving illustrators, designers and photographers. In this behind-the-scenes presentation, you'll learn which covers moved magazine sales and which ones flopped. You'll have an insider's view of what actually makes it into the iconic red border every week and what doesn't—and why!
